Telkomsel Halo is a postpaid service from Telkomsel that can be used at any time (24 hours) on all Telkomsel networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) with various benefits including unlimited services such as All Network Quota for data and voice, unlimited quota to access preferred applications, and roaming. Customers can also enjoy the convenience of making bill payment across various payment channels, as well as the availability of information and the use of invoices in full.

Everyone can become Telkomsel Halo customers by signing up through GraPARI or Telkomsel's online and offline partners. In addition, Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers can also switch to Telkomsel Halo service.

Telkomsel Halo registration can be done on Telkomsel several channels such as GraPARI, Telesales, and web-based Telkomsel as well as Telkomsel partner channels (offline and online distributor partners via e-commerce).

Telkomsel Halo customers can limit their service by activating the Credit Limit Service (CLS) for both domestic and international usage.

Customers will receive a bill or price details related to the use of Telkomsel Halo every month at the end of the Telkomsel Halo billing period, which can be paid through LinkAja, MyGraPARI, MyGraPARI Tunai, MyTelkomsel, ATM/Internet Banking, GraPARI, retail channels (Indomaret and Alfamart), as well as e-commerce in collaboration with Telkomsel.

Starting November 1, 2022, Telkomsel Halo bill payments through payment partners (banking, e-commerce, fintech, modern channels, and other payment channels) are subject to admin fees/transaction fees set by the payment partner.

Admin fee/transaction fee is a policy of charging fees for bill payments set by payment partners (banking, e-commerce, fintech, modern channels, and other payment channels) and assigned to Telkomsel Halo customers/partner service users who make Telkomsel Halo bill payments through/using payment partner channels that work together with Telkomsel in their capacity as Payment Service Providers (PSP) or Financial Service Providers (FSP) concerning the provisions of Indonesian financial sector regulations.

The application of admin fees/transaction fees by Telkomsel Halo bill payment partners as payment service providers is following Bank Indonesia Regulation Number: 23/6/PBI/2021 concerning Payment Service Providers/PJP (and its implementing regulations), which regulates the authority of PJP to charge fees to service users to facilitate transaction payments, including bill payment services.

Admin fees do not apply to payments via autodebit/autopayment accounts and credit cards of banking partners.
