  1. This Flash Deal program is an offer program for purchasing packages in the Flash Deal section which is valid from September 24 – 30, 2024 at 00:00 - 23:59 GMT+7 every day on the MyTelkomsel App in the Flash Deal menu/section.
  2. By purchasing this Flash Deal package, customers who purchase the highest total price during the program period can get the following prizes:
    • 1 Grand Prize for 1 winner per day
    • E-wallet balance for 5 winners per day
    • 1 Super Grand Prize for 1 winner during the program period
How to Participate
How to Participate
  1. Customers can participate in the September MyTelkomsel Flash Deal program by purchasing Flash Deal Packages for personal use and/or using the gift method (gifting) between September 24 - 30, 2024.
  2. Customers who make purchases with the highest total value (in Rupiah) each day during the program period will have a chance to win prizes. Package purchases for this program can only be made via the MyTelkomsel App.
  3. Daily prizes are available for customers with the highest total purchases (in Rupiah).
  4. Prizes are also available for customers with the highest cumulative purchase total (in Rupiah) during the program period (September 24 - 30, 2024).
  5. Applicable packages during this period (for both self-purchases and gifting:
    • All "Super Seru" packages.
    • All packages in the "Video" category.
Winner Determination
Winner Determination
  1. Winners will be determined based on the highest total purchase value (in Rupiah) between September 24 – 30, 2024 at 00:00 - 23:59 GMT+7.
  2. The purchase transactions for products in the same category are limited to a maximum of 20 transactions per customer number per program period, and gift package transactions are limited to a maximum of 20 transactions per customer number per day.
  3. Winners will be announced on H+2 after the current day. The Super Grand Prize winner will be announced on H+2 after the program ends on September 30, 2024.
  4. Each customer can win a daily prize (either Daily Grand Prize or e-wallet balance) only once during the program period.
  5. Customers who have won a daily prize can still win the Super Grand Prize.
  6. The highest purchase winners (in Rupiah) will be announced on this page and MyTelkomsel’s Instagram.
  7. If customers have the same purchase total, the winner will be determined based on the fastest purchase time.
  8. Winners are automatically determined based on the leaderboard, and the decision is final and cannot be contested.
  9. This program is not valid for Telkomsel employees.

  1. Daily Grand Prize winner determination:
    • Winners are determined based on the highest cumulative total purchase value of Flash Deal packages for personal use and/or gifting.
    • 1 Daily Grand Prize winner with the highest total purchase value (in Rupiah) each day during the program period, and 5 customers who will receive e-wallet balances. A total of 6 daily winners are selected from customers with the highest purchase amounts (in Rupiah) from September 24 to 30.
    • Winners will be contacted by Telkomsel via phone (188) for customer data confirmation, no later than 3 weeks after the program period ends.
  2. Super Grand Prize winner determination:
    • The Super Grand Prize winner is determined based on the highest cumulative total purchase value (in Rupiah) of Flash Deal packages in the MyTelkomsel App during the program period, September 24 - 30, 2024.
    • 1 customer will win the Super Grand Prize.
    • A customer can only win 1 daily Grand Prize or e-wallet balance but is still eligible to win the Super Grand Prize (iPhone 15 Pro Max) at the end of the program, whether they have already won a daily prize or not.
    • If two or more customers have the same total purchase value, Telkomsel will select the fastest customer who achieves the total purchase value.
    • Winners are determined by Telkomsel based on the criteria above, and Telkomsel's decision is final and cannot be contested.

  1. The Super Grand Prize, Daily Grand Prize, and e-wallet balance winners will be announced on D+2 (e.g. Winners from September 24 will be announced on September 26) on this page and MyTelkomsel’s Instagram.
  2. Customers will be contacted by Telkomsel for prize distribution information. Prize delivery will occur no later than D+30 after the Flash Deal MyTelkomsel September program ends.
  3. Customers who cannot be contacted during the confirmation process will be disqualified, and the prize will be given to the next eligible winner. Prize delivery may take approximately 4 weeks after customer data confirmation. No fees are charged to winners.
