The prize mechanism applies differently for each city. In Samarinda, a direct prize mechanism applies. In Makassar, Pekanbaru, Medan, and Bandung, a mystery box mechanism applies.

All Telkomsel customers and non-Telkomsel customers who buy Orbit modem and fulfill all the requirements, which are:

Buy any type of Orbit modem, activate it, and buy Orbit Quota at least 100GB at selected GraPARI.
Follow each city’s terms and conditions.

Can I win the prize more than once?

No, 1 customer can only buy 1 Orbit modem to win the prize in this program, because the prepaid registration is limited.

How do I redeem my ticket into a barcode to access the concert?

Ticket redemption can be done via Loket X app. Our team at selected GraPARI can assist you to redeem the ticket into barcode.

Can this program be combined with other promo programs?

No, it can’t be combined with other promo programs.
