On June 27, at the 2024 Shanghai World Mobile Communications Conference (2024MWC Shanghai), Runjian and the leading digital telecommunications service provider in Indonesia, Telkomsel, signed a strategic cooperation agreement, opening a new chapter in digital intelligence cooperation. The MoU was signed by Xu Wenjie, President of Runjian, and Wong Soon Nam, Director of Planning & Transformation at Telkomsel. The signing ceremony was attended by senior leaders from both companies, including Shen Xiangping, Executive President at Runjian; Zhao Hua, Vice President; Deng Genxian, General Manager of Runjian Indonesia; and representatives from Telkomsel including Ronald Limoa, Vice President of Technology Strategy and Consumer Product Innovation; Iswandi, Vice President of Core - Transport Network Engineering and Projects; and Fadli, General Manager of Enterprise Customer Solutions Management at Telkomsel.
According to the framework cooperation agreement, the two sides will cooperate in the fields of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and artificial intelligence (AI), focusing on smart mining, smelting, and manufacturing industrial parks, smart agriculture, smart banking and hotels, smart homes, buildings, communities, new energy, and AI computing centers. Relying on their respective resource advantages, they will deepen their fields, expand their space, and carry out extensive in-depth cooperation to better provide end-to-end integrated solutions and quality services for Chinese and Indonesian enterprises, jointly enhance their independent innovation capabilities and core competitiveness, and promote the development of the digital economy in China and Indonesia.
