During the event, Telkomsel introduced two new solutions: Ted and Digihub. Ted is a virtual account manager solution utilizing Generative AI to enhance service quality for customers. This annual event aims to introduce a variety of digital business solutions from Telkomsel Enterprise and Telkom. Embracing the theme 'Lead the Moment, Accelerate Business Growth', Solution Day served as a platform for corporate and industrial segment customers to accelerate their business growth by leveraging the latest digital solutions. The event also reaffirmed Telkomsel's commitment to becoming the leading digital telco service provider in the region by consistently delivering cutting-edge innovative solutions to support digital transformation across various sectors.

Solution Day 2024 featured a series of events aimed at enhancing understanding of the latest digital solutions through Industry Insights, Solution Updates, Booth Solution Experiences, B2B Product Launches, and Networking. More than 40 flagship digital solution showcases were presented for the corporate segment at Solution Day 2024, categorized into 12 vertical and horizontal categories. The event focused on five vertical business showcases including Mining, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Transportation & Logistics, and Agriculture. For the seven horizontal business showcase categories, Telkomsel and Telkom presented several digital solutions such as Connectivity, IoT, Advanced Connectivity, Customer Engagement, Emerging Solutions, Innovation, Data Center, Cloud, and Security Solutions.
Furthermore, following the recent collaboration with Google in utilizing Rich Communication Services (RCS), Telkomsel Enterprise now introduces an advanced communication platform as the Next Generation of Messaging Services. This platform enables customers to enhance Short Messaging Service (SMS) with higher interactivity, share high-quality multimedia content, participate in more dynamic group chats, and include full support for read receipts and typing indicators.
Corporate segment customers can also utilize the advanced communication features provided in RCS to deliver RCS Business Messaging (RBM) to consumers through richer and more interactive messages tailored to business needs. Moreover, the one-stop-solution concept in the advanced RCS communication feature will help corporate segment customers enhance business growth with full freedom to deliver richer and more interactive business messages to target audiences.
In addition to these advancements, Telkomsel introduced two new solutions, Ted and Digihub. Ted is a B2B virtual account manager solution within the Telkom Group utilizing Generative AI technology to enhance service quality for customers. Meanwhile, Digihub is a platform providing access to telecommunications APIs already offered by Telkomsel, such as API Insight (API Location Verification), API telecommunications services (API SMS), API Dynamic Profile (API SIM Swap), and API Authentication (API Mobile Network Verification).
The Digihub solution facilitates businesses, corporations, and developers in integrating various services and business functions through Telkomsel's accessible and efficient APIs, opening up opportunities for developing and growing innovative digital service solutions. Digihub also strengthens Telkomsel's position as a leading digital telecommunications company providing CAMARA-based standard telecommunications APIs in Indonesia. One of the APIs currently available on Digihub, based on CAMARA standards and accessible commercially, is the SIM Swap API, which helps digital industry players maintain the security of digital services. Alongside the Solution Day 2024 event, Telkomsel also signed memoranda of understanding with several companies, including collaborations in Infrastructure as a Service with PT Kalimantan Industrial Park Indonesia, Connected Smart Highway Ecosystem with Jasamarga Toll Road Operator, and RCS Business Messaging (RBM) utilization with PT. Samsung Electronics Indonesia (SEIN). These partnerships underscore Telkomsel's commitment to serving corporate segment customers in creating an inclusive and sustainable digital ecosystem.
