Background

Telkomsel continues its ongoing efforts to implement the principles of good corporate governance and business judgment rules to ensure prudence in every decision-making process.

In order to ensure prudence, a continuous process of affirmation and activation process is required, including the implementation of the CSW framework.

About CSW

CSW is a framework implemented to ensure integrity and efficiency in carrying out all business and operational activities of the company, both in routine and non-routine work.

The CSW framework requires every employee at the operational level to complete their responsibilities comprehensively, effectively, and efficiently, and have the initiative to find solutions or recommendations for any issues encountered.

Decision-making based on the CSW framework must consider management review activities at each level before decisions are made, and must be accompanied by evidence at each stage of the process.

Objectives
  1. To enhance the effectiveness and prudence in the decision-making process by management;
  2. To improve the quality of decisions, thereby increasing the potential success of business and/or operational initiatives;
  3. To boost employees' ability to think critically, analytically, comprehensively, and solution-oriented regarding business and operational activities;
  4. To provide guidelines related to the duties and responsibilities of each employee and work unit in implementing the CSW framework;
  5. To increase a sense of ownership and accountability for specific tasks among operational-level employees in accordance with their duties and responsibilities;
  6. To create documentation for all business and/or operational activities.
