As part of Telkomsel's commitment to fostering fair business competition, Telkomsel has participated in the Compliance Program of the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU RI) based on KPPU Regulation No. 1 of 2022.
Telkomsel's participation in this Business Competition Compliance Program is reflected in a series of company policies that bind all elements of the company to conduct business activities in accordance with anti-monopoly principles and fair competition. This includes the issuance of the Business Competition Guidelines, which give responsibility to every Director, company officer, and employee to adhere to and follow all principles of fair competition as stipulated in competition law regulations.
In addition to the Business Competition Guidelines, Telkomsel has also issued a Code of Ethics for Business Competition to further outline the ethics and prohibitions that must be observed by the Board of Directors and employees when conducting business activities on behalf of Telkomsel.
