How does POIN tier/status work?

  • The Priority, Gold, or Red status for kartuHalo customers is based on the average of total billing over the last 6 months.
  • The Priority, Gold, or Red status for simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop customers is based on the average of total credit balance top-up over the last 6 months.
  • Mass customers can be upgraded directly to Red once they spend Rp50,000 (credit balance or billing) within a month.
  • For customers who migrate from prepaid to postpaid, their POIN and status will be migrated. As for the status evaluation period, the calculation will be restarted from the time the customer became a postpaid subscriber.

 

How do I earn Telkomsel POIN?

All Telkomsel customers can earn Telkomsel POIN based on the type of the SIM card being used and according to the POIN collection mechanism as follows:

  • kartuHalo: You will get 1 POIN for each Rp10,000 of your total billing, with a minimum amount of Rp50,000.
  • simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop: You will get 1 POIN for each Rp10,000 of your accumulated credit balance top-up, with a minimum amount of Rp50,000 per month.

 

How many POIN will I get based on the status?

  • The POIN for kartuHalo, simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop customers will be multiplied based on the status as follows:

    Postpaid (kartuHalo) & Prepaid (simPATI, KARTU As, dan Loop) Priority Rp10,000 get 3 POIN
    Gold Rp10,000 get 2 POIN
    Red Rp10,000 get 1 POIN

What is Telkomsel POIN?

Telkomsel POIN is a loyalty program intended for Telkomsel customers (kartuHalo, simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop). You can earn POIN that can be redeemed for a variety of offers and benefits that can be checked on POIN rewards catalogue via *700# or MyTelkomsel App.

How many POIN do I earn for my spending?

All Telkomsel customers can earn Telkomsel POIN based on the type of the SIM card being used and according to the POIN collection mechanism as follows:

  • kartuHalo: You will get 1 POIN for each Rp10,000 of your total billing, with a minimum amount of Rp50,000.
  • simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop: You will get 1 POIN for each Rp10,000 of your accumulated credit balance top-up, with a minimum amount of Rp50,000 per month.

The minimum amount of credit balance or billing you have to spend to start collecting POIN is Rp50,000 in a month.

When will I receive the POIN?

  • kartuHalo customers will receive the POIN after completing the billing payment.
  • simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop customers will receive the POIN in 24 hours after recharging their credit balance.

What can I exchange my Telkomsel POIN for?

You can exchange or redeem your POIN for the following categories:

  • Telkomsel SMS, voice and data packages.
  • Digital product packages like ringtones, content and games.
  • A variety of products and discounts from merchants we are partnering
  • You can browse the full catalogue of rewards here.

Can I send my POIN to a friend?

No, you cannot send POIN to another Telkomsel number.

How do I check my Telkomsel POIN balance?

Simply type POIN and send it via SMS to 777 or login to MyTelkomsel App to view and manage your POIN.

Can corporate customers also earn Telkomsel POIN?

All corporate customers in the personal paid category are eligible for Telkomsel POIN.

How many POIN can be earned by corporate customers in the personal paid category?

The amount of POIN that personal paid corporate customers will get is the same with the regular customers.

What about corporate paid customers?

POIN calculations do not apply to customers of Corporate Paid category, but customers will be given special loyalty program by Telkomsel. For loyalty program can contact each Telkomsel Account Management for Corporate Paid customer.
