You can redeem your Telkomsel Poin via MyTelkomsel App, Telkomsel.com, or UMB *700#.

You can earn Telkomsel Poin based on your Special Customer category with the following criteria:

Yes, the total credit top-up/bill payment should be at least Rp50,000 in a month to collect Telkomsel Poin. For Telkomsel PraBayar customers, you will get Telkomsel Poin within 24 hours after credit top-up with an accumulation of Rp50,000 for that month.

Yes, your Telkomsel Poin is valid until December 31 at 23:59 GMT+7 (Jakarta) every year.

You can check your Telkomsel Poin via MyTelkomsel App or UMB *700#.

You can get various benefits from the following categories:

• Telkomsel products such as SMS, voice calls, and internet.
• Telkomsel digital products such as RBT, video and games.
• Various discounts from merchants in partnership with Telkomsel.

No, you can’t send Telkomsel Poin to another Telkomsel number.

Yes, corporate customers under the personal-paid category can also earn Telkomsel Poin.

It’s the same with the regular customers.
