DIRECTOR OF HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
Indrawan Ditapradana was appointed as the Director of Human Capital Management at Telkomsel on May 10, 2024. Previously, Indrawan held several strategic positions within the TelkomGroup, including as Telkom’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Secretary and Executive Vice President of Business Service.
Indrawan also serves as the Chief Commissioner at Telkomsat, and was honored with the Satyalancana Wira Karya Award from the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022.
Indrawan earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Telkom Institute of Technology and a Master's degree from Gadjah Mada University's Master of Management program
