Through the Digital Creative Entrepreneur (DCE) program, Telkomsel wants to open up wider opportunities and opportunities for MSME business players to increase their digital capacity and capabilities. DCE has a series of online seminars (webinars), workshops, mentoring, and exhibitions that will eventually empower MSMEs and be more competitive on national and global levels.
