Telkomsel is actively involved in many social activities that benefit the wider community. With company operations throughout Indonesia, including the largest islands and border areas, Telkomsel understands the importance of good reciprocal relationships with local communities.

Keeping that in mind, we came up with Telkomsel Emergency Response and Recovery Activity (TERRA) which deploys humanitarian aid to affected natural disasters in Indonesia. TERRA’s mission is to establish disaster emergency posts and help accelerate the recovery of Telkomsel’s network services to support communication and coordination during the evacuation process.

Moreover, TERRA also carries out various social activities, such as distributing social aid and improving infrastructure in the affected areas. Until now, TERRA has handled many disaster response activities in different parts of Indonesia through collaborative efforts with the government and many related stakeholders.
