In the Ookla report for the first semester of 2023, Telkomsel solidified its position in the category of Best Mobile Coverage, achieving a Coverage Score of 887. In this category, Telkomsel was acknowledged for its evenly distributed infrastructure and reliable connectivity, serving around 98.00 percent of customers with its 4G / LTE broadband network, even in challenging geographical regions. Furthermore, Telkomsel reached Indonesia's highest broadband access speed in the Fastest Mobile Network category, achieving a Speed Score of 35.33; it equates to an average download speed of 26.74 Mbps and an upload speed of 12.98 Mbps. Telkomsel's remarkable achievements in these categories secured its third-ever attainment in the Best Mobile Network category, highlighting its unwavering dedication as a connectivity enabler that provides the fastest speeds and widespread network coverage throughout Indonesia.

Telkomsel scored top marks in multiple categories. In the Best Mobile Video Experience category, Telkomsel achieved an impressive Video Score of 69.92, which shows Telkomsel's wavering commitment to ensuring seamless video content streaming for all customers through its reliable and advanced broadband network. Furthermore, Telkomsel also excelled in the Best Mobile Gaming Experience category with an exceptional Game Score of 76.45. It highlights the outstanding mobile gaming experience that all Telkomsel users enjoyed with the support of a stable connection and low latency from Telkomsel's broadband network. In the Top-Rated Mobile Network category, Telkomsel secured the top position with a rating of 3.8. This recognition solidified Telkomsel as the most preferred mobile operator among the Indonesian public.

All of these achievements directly resulted from Telkomsel's commitment to evenly and comprehensively implementing leading network technology across Indonesia through the completion of upgrading all 3G services and network technology to 4G/LTE in 504 cities/regencies in the middle of the year. Telkomsel has also deployed 420 BTS featuring the latest 5G broadband technology, which will continue to be expanded gradually and measurably throughout Indonesia. Through dedicated efforts to enhance broadband network capabilities and quality, Telkomsel successfully established approximately 228 thousand BTS covering more than 96 percent of Indonesia's population. This success led to an 11 percent increase in data service payload consumption per customer (YoY) and enabled Telkomsel's digital business growth by over 7 percent (YoY).
