Jakarta, 7 March 2023 – Telkomsel signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to integrate Microsoft Azure Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Telkomsel's marketing strategy and marketing platforms to create more personalized experiences for customers. The integration was further discussed in Barcelona at Mobile World Congress 2023 and marks the sustainability of Telkomsel's digital transformation roadmap, as a leading digital telco company in Indonesia by continuing to innovate and implement the latest technology that will thrive in the industry and nation.

Through this integration, Telkomsel will collaborate with Microsoft to jointly define the end-to-end in enhancing and developing of Telkomsel's marketing platforms by incorporating Natural Language Processing, which can analyze data and generate insights that help optimize business strategies effectively.
Telkomsel will use Azure AI machine learning algorithms to analyze data insight, natural language processing better to understand customer interactions and sentiment, and predictive analytics to anticipate future behaviors. This technology will enable Telkomsel to create more personalized products and services tailored to each customer's unique needs and preferences.
