We proudly hosted the Singtel Group People and Sustainability Summit 2024 in Denpasar, Bali, on November 28–29. This annual event brought together representatives from Airtel, AIS, Globe, NCS, NXERA, Optus, Singtel, and Telkomsel to collaborate and share insights on sustainability.
The summit featured engaging discussions on business sustainability, with leaders exchanging ideas and addressing shared challenges. A key highlight was the Telkomsel Action for Change program, a competition encouraging creative minds to develop innovative solutions from across the Singtel Group.
On the second day, a talk show explored The Impact of AI on People and Sustainability, emphasizing that while AI is a powerful enabler, real change comes from people driving innovation.
As our Director of Human Capital Management stated: "In today’s competitive landscape, sustainability is not just a corporate responsibility; it is essential for long-term business success. Beyond this, it is a human obligation to care for society, the environment, and one another. Telkomsel remains committed to ensuring sustainability not only for our company but also for the nation we serve."
