Please prepare your valid ID card and Family Card number before going to the store to make a purchase.
Your data along with ID and Family Card number will be used to verify whether you are eligible for Telkomsel Halo bundling package or not.
If you have arrears to Telkomsel, you will be asked to pay off all the bills first. If you refuse to do so, you will be advised to buy a prepaid bundling package instead.
If the customer’s data that has been validated and turns out to be valid, the customer will be asked to fill out the new Halo subscription form at the store.

The program is valid for new customers.
Credit Limit Service (CLS) for new customers will be automatically set at the customer's subscription package price during the contract period. If customers want to add CLS, customers can submit an application to GraPARI.
Customers cannot switch Halo+ Device Plan packages during the contract period. Customers can purchase an Extra Quota Package if their data quota runs out according to the applicable CLS.
After the subscription package/contact period runs out, the customer's package will change to a regular Halo package. Complete information check here.
If a customer with a one-time payment scheme stops subscribing, the customer's number will be deactivated. If the customer wants to reactivate their number, the customer must pay off the previous bill arrears and the remaining customer bundling package cannot be returned. The customer's package will automatically change to a regular Halo package.
By participating in this program, customers are deemed to understand and agree to all applicable Terms and Conditions. Telkomsel and its partners have the right to cancel transactions if there are actions that are not in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.

BundlingMAX Package activation can only be done using a new Telkomsel PraBayar bundling number that hasn’t been activated before. Package activation can only be done at offline device stores near you.
BundlingMAX Package activation can be done in 24 hours, and it can be consumed for 1 month.
Every mobile number and IMEI can activate BundlingMAX Package 5 times per month.
The BundlingMAX Package quota can be used across Indonesia without time access limitation.
The data package is quota-based. If the quota runs out, other internet packages will be consumed, or you will be charged with an internet basic tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use) of Rp100/20Kb.
The remaining data quota cannot be accumulated in the next month.
In carrying out its services, Telkomsel has the right at any time to renew services, close services, increase/reduce tariffs and quotas as well as package service quality with considerations, including:
- Determined by the competent authority.
- Services are no longer in line with current developments and technology.
- The service is no longer used, and the service will be transferred to a similar service.
- Other considerations deemed appropriate and appropriate by Telkomsel.

You can only get free WeTV VIP Mobile once which is valid for 30 days and cannot be extended.
