Starting from August 1, 2023, the IndiHome billing changes to accommodate the IndiHome service transfer from Telkom to Telkomsel.
Basically, IndiHome billing by Telkomsel consists of the same information that the previous billing had. The differences are the format, the inclusion of the customer’s ID number, usage period, billing date, and the issued payment receipt from the previous billing period (with an electronic stamp applied for payment worth more than Rp5 million).
IndiHome billing applies as a tax invoice with the billing/invoice number as the tax invoice number.
The billing issued in early July 2023 refers to the usage between June 1 – 30, 2023 that was still issued by Telkom.
For ease of period identification, IndiHome billing will be dated according to the last month of usage. For the usage period of July 1 – 31, 2023, the billing will be issued by Telkomsel in early August 2023 with a billing date of July 31, 2023.
