  4. Wait for the confirmation of your Telkomsel SmartPay registration approval.

  • Closed Telkomsel SmartPay accounts cannot be reactivated.
  • Make sure all bills have been paid.
  • If there are no outstanding bills, you can visit the nearest Telkomsel GraPARI.

Your Telkomsel SmartPay account will be closed within an estimated seven working days from when you contact the nearest Telkomsel GraPARI Service.

But don't worry, you won't be charged anything as long as you don't use your Telkomsel SmartPay account.

  4. After clicking "Pay Now", you will be directed to the next process.
  5. Enter the OTP code sent to your number and click "Confirm".
  6. The payment with Telkomsel SmartPay will be successful and your Telkomsel SmartPay limit will be reduced by the amount paid.

Yes, a refund will be provided for failed transactions in the form of a return of your Telkomsel SmartPay limit and you can use it for future transactions.

Telkomsel SmartPay Fees
  • The fees to be paid include the total bill amount based on your transactions and the service fee.
  • During the soft launch period, a service fee of Rp3,000 per transaction will be charged, which does not reduce your Telkomsel SmartPay limit.

    Transaction simulation example:
  • Telkomsel SmartPay transaction limit: Rp300,000.
  • You purchase a data package worth Rp50,000 on November 12, 2024 and then purchase credit balance worth Rp10,000 on November 20, 2024.
  • The transaction limit on December 1, 2024, is Rp240,000, and the total bill you will receive is:
    • November 12, 2024: Data package Rp50,000
    • Transaction fee: Rp3,000
    • November 20, 2024: Credit Rp10,000
    • Transaction fee: Rp3,000
    • Total Bill: Rp66,000
  • You will not be charged an interest fee.
  • The service fee is only applicable when you use Telkomsel SmartPay for transactions on MyTelkomsel App.

The payment period for your Telkomsel SmartPay bill is from the 1st to the 7th of the following month.

You can pay your Telkomsel SmartPay bill on MyTelkomsel App by following these steps:

  • Go to the Financial menu.
  • Select Telkomsel SmartPay, and click "Pay" on the Bill page.
  • Choose your payment method and proceed with the payment.
  • Receive a successful payment notification, and your Telkomsel SmartPay limit will return to the initial amount.
