EZnet Wireless

EZNet is a home internet service from Telkomsel that uses a wireless network, utilizing cellular or WiFi networks. It is suitable for meeting various internet needs at home through a modem.

This package is available nationwide in all Telkomsel 4G areas.

EZnet Wireless is available starting from Rp579,000, which includes the modem and the first month's internet quota. For the subsequent months, only the monthly package fee will be charged, starting from Rp166,500 (tax included).

You can purchase add-on packages for additional data without speed limitations, starting from Rp55,000 as a one-time purchase. This is not an unlimited package. Add-ons can be purchased through the MyTelkomsel App.

If the main EZnet quota is used up, you can buy an add-on package starting from Rp55,000 for one-time purchase without fair usage limit (Fair Usage Policy/FUP). Add-ons can be purchased through the MyTelkomsel App.

EZnet Wireless bills can be paid through:

1. MyTelkomsel App:
   • Open the app.
   • Select “Login with Orbit/EZnet Wireless”.
   • Choose the EZnet Wireless number.
   • For first-time users, select "Activate New Modem" and create a MyTelkomsel account.
   • Select “View Bill”.
   • Choose “Pay Bill”.
   • Choose the payment method and follow the steps provided.
2. Banking Services:
   Payments can be made via ATM, SMS Banking, or internet banking with partner banks, similar to Halo payments. More information is available here.
3. Modern Channels through:
   • LinkAja
   • GoPay
   • Tokopedia
   • BliBli
   • Shopee
   • Other payment channels

EZnet Wireless usage can be checked through the MyTelkomsel App:

• Open the app.
• Select “Login with Orbit/EZnet Wireless”.
• For first-time users, select "Activate New Modem" and create a MyTelkomsel account.
• Choose the EZnet Wireless number.
• View the active data quota in use.
