EZnet by Telkomsel

EZnet by Telkomsel is one of Telkomsel’s broadband services that provides a fixed network for you to have an affordable home internet experience. For now, the available internet speed is 10Mbps.

EZnet by Telkomsel is available in all areas in Indonesia where the fixed broadband service is ready, by referring to Telkomsel's applicable area policy for the availability of EZnet by Telkomsel services. The subscription fee with a 10Mbps internet speed is Rp150,000/month in Java and Bali, Rp170,000/month in Sumatra area, and Rp200,000/month in Papua, Maluku, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Nusa Tenggara. All prices are before 11% VAT.

To subscribe to EZnet by Telkomsel, you must be in an area that is supported by Telkomsel's fixed broadband network. You can subscribe to EZnet by Telkomsel by contacting a Telkomsel sales agent or visiting the nearest GraPARI in your area.

The EZnet by Telkomsel subscription contract for all packages is valid for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months after the EZnet by Telkomsel service is active.

Currently, the EZnet by Telkomsel service only provides internet speeds of 10Mbps, however, customers can upgrade their internet speed by migrating or moving to the IndiHome service which offers higher home internet speeds (starting from 30Mbps).
