If you did not log in with the same Telkomsel mobile number you used to subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar through Telkomsel for the first time, you may be prompted to subscribe again when you log in to Disney+ Hotstar. Please ensure that you are using the same Telkomsel mobile number. If you are still being asked to subscribe, please contact Disney+ Hotstar Customer Support team at disneyplus.id@hotstar.com.
If you paid again directly to Disney+ Hotstar, please reach out to Disney+ Hotstar Customer Support team at disneyplus.id@hotstar.com with the screenshot of your confirmed payment showing the merchant transaction ID or App Store invoice.
I subscribed to Disney+ Hotstar through Telkomsel. When will my access expire?
If you purchased the Disney+ Hotstar 1-month package, your access would expire at the end of the period. Disney+ Hotstar’s validity period will follow calendar month calculation (i.e If user subscribed on January, user would get 31 days. If a user subscribed in February, user would only get 28/29 days subscription). To continue watching, you will need to subscribe via Telkomsel once again.
If you have access to Disney+ Hotstar through MAXstream Quota, your access will continue if you have sufficient data quota in your account. If your quota runs out, you will be charged with basic internet tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use).
I have a new Telkomsel mobile number and would like to update my Disney+ Hotstar login.
If you have a new Telkomsel mobile number, you will need to purchase a new Disney+ Hotstar package using the new mobile phone number via MyTelkomsel, Telkomsel.com, or UMB *363*999#. Disney+ Hotstar subscription is not transferable to any phone number.
