This program is only valid for Mandiri Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard).
Mandiri Power Bill registration terms and conditions:
1. If registration is received before or on the 20^th of each month, the auto-payment process will be done in the next billing month period. E.g.: For Mandiri Power Bill registration on June 10, the billing payment will be processed in July.
2. If registration is received after the 20^thof each month, the auto-payment process will be done at the next two months period. E.g.: For Mandiri Power Bill registration on June 21, the billing payment will be processed in August.
Mandiri is not responsible for any failure in the card debit process as a result of authorization disapproval.
Mandiri is not responsible for any double payment caused by the Credit Card holder and or the non-conformity of the data received from Mandiri’s partner.
The monthly bill amount stated on the customer billing statement is according to the statement date from Mandiri Credit Card.
Due to billing data from partners, Mandiri is not responsible if the bill amount on Mandiri's Credit Card does not match the amount of the bill charged by partner.
Credit Card holders agree that Mandiri reserves the right to open and share the personal data of the Credit Card holders to the Power Bill merchant for the administration process of Power Bill.
If a Credit Card holder wants to cancel the registration, change, or exchange credit card, the Credit Card holder must contact Mandiri Call 14000.
Credit Card holders agree to exempt Mandiri from responsibility, including the responsibility to provide compensation in any form and complaints.
Credit Card holders who can join this program are those who have and newly registered to Telkomsel Halo but have not registered to Mandiri Power Bill.
Credit Card holders must register for Mandiri Power Bill for Halo bill payment.
Registration can be done through Mandiri Call 14000 or an online registration form during the program period.
The additional data and Livin' Poin will be given at a maximum of 45 days after the first bill is successfully debited.
Customers will be charged Rp10 through SMS from Telkomsel to activate an additional data quota worth 5GB/month.
Telkomsel will send an SMS activation to the Telkomsel number registered for the Power bill.
The additional data quota can be checked via UMB *363# or My Telkomsel App.
The additional data quota cannot be combined with other similar additional data from other programs during this program period.
