Telkomsel Lite Internet Starter Pack is a starter pack with a monthly internet package that consists of national and local internet quota according to the location where you purchase the starter pack.

Hot Promo is a monthly internet package that consists of national and local internet quota according to the location where you purchase the Hot Promo package. These packages offer the same quota variants as Telkomsel Lite starter pack.

Customers who activate a new Telkomsel starter pack in any city in Indonesia starting from February 20 2024 can get Telkomsel Lite benefit.

Customers who activate Hot Promo packages as a renewal package at the nearest outlet, MyTelkomsel App, UMB *363#, and modern channel.

You can buy Telkomsel Lite starter pack at the nearest outlet (through DigiPOS app available at the outlet).

The priority is as follows:

• App Quota (if any)
• Local All-Network Quota (zone) with a smaller scope
• Local All-Network Quota with a bigger scope
• National All-Network Quota
• Other Regular Quota with the longest validity period (if any)

• Telkomsel Lite and Hot Promo packages can be purchased for 24 hours and can be consumed for 30 days.
• The quota can be used on all Telkomsel networks (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
• Hot Promo can be purchased max. 5 times per month per customer.
• Telkomsel Lite starter pack and Hot Promo package applies in these cities.

Customers who buy Telkomsel starter pack starting from February 20, 2024 are eligible for a quota bonus every month for 6 months. The bonus quota depends on the price of the starter pack you purchase.

New customers in all cities will get National All-Network Quota every month for 6 months from the first day you register your card. The bonus will be sent automatically or can be redeemed every month.

Customers with new IMEI who buy Telkomsel starter pack at a selected city will get an additional National All-Network Quota for 6 months, each time they buy an internet renewal package with a 30-day validity period. The bonus quota depends on the price of the renewal package you purchase.

If customers with new IMEI haven’t got the quota bonus, please check regularly within 3x24 hours. New IMEI bonus redemption can only be used by the same IMEI code and mobile phone number pairing every month. You can redeem the bonus via UMB, MyTelkomsel App, and telkomsel.com. The IMEI bonus applies in these cities.
