This Giveaway Program ("Program") is an official program that offers prizes such as an iPhone 15 128GB for 1 winner, an e-wallet balance worth Rp100,000 for 10 winners, and e-wallet balance worth Rp50,000 for 10 winners who have followed the Terms and Conditions. Consumers who participate in this Program are required to read, understand, and comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined below including changes, if any, made by Telkomsel from time to time ("Terms and Conditions").

1. By participating in this Program, Participants and/or Winners agree to comply with and comply with the Terms and Conditions and applicable rules and regulations published by MyTelkomsel.
2. The organizer has the right to change the date, mechanism, and/or Terms and Conditions for the program as long as the concept and value are more or less the same as those currently described, without prior notification or compensation in any form to the Participants and/or any party. In the event of a Force Majeure situation or other material considerations, the Organizer may cancel the implementation of the Program without the obligation to provide notification and/or compensation to any party.
3. All matters related to the Program are the responsibility of the official organizing committee appointed by MyTelkomsel.
4. The Organizer has the right to replace the prize with a different type or specification with equivalent value if circumstances occur beyond the Organizer's responsibility or control, such as; the item being the prize is no longer produced or withdrawn from the market, stock availability, and so on.
5. Participants who become Winners are declared disqualified as Winners if:
   • Cannot be contacted by the Organizer for verification purposes within 1 day; or
   • Unable to provide complete supporting documents during the verification process, a copy of Identity Card (KTP), and other related documents to fulfill the applicable administrative requirements according to the time period provided by the Organizer;
   • Violate these Terms and Conditions.

   In connection with this, Participants hereby agree to waive their rights as winners to receive prizes and will release the Organizer from claims and/or demands for awarding prizes in any form in the future.

6. The Organizer has the right to verify and/or check the validation of Participant data and:
   • Disqualify Participants or Winners; and/or
   • Refuse or cancel the prize award, if the Participant or Winner is suspected of committing fraud or violating these Terms and Conditions in any form. In this case, the Winner is obliged to return the prize that has been given to MyTelkomsel.
7. Prizes are not for sale and/or cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else, either in whole or in part.
8. This program is free of charge. If there is a party on behalf of the Organizer who charges fees, rewards, and/or the like to participants and/or winners, then it can be ascertained that this is not true and constitutes fraud.
9. The Organizer will not be responsible if fraud and/or other criminal acts occur in the name of this Program. For this reason, Participants are asked to be careful and alert to fraud and/or other criminal acts that may be in the name of this Program and always ensure that they are in contact with the official organizers related to the Program.
10. MyTelkomsel is not responsible for:
    • Any abuse of privacy resulting in the widespread distribution of the included material in the digital realm outside of MyTelkomsel's fault;
    • Comments that are not suitable to be submitted because they contain unfair treatment to certain races/ethnicities/religion/inter-group relations, pornography, fraud, and/or violations of other legal provisions spread on social media.
11. Every Participant who takes part in this Program guarantees that any information provided is true, correct, and accurate during the Program period.
12. By participating in this Program, Participants give permission to MyTelkomsel to:
    • Process, store, use, publish, or/or display the personal data of Participants (and each Winner, including name, photo, identity number, address, and telephone number) for the need for publication and/or verification of Winners;
    • Contact participants via direct message, e-mail, telephone and/or SMS;
    • Process Participants' personal data from anywhere (including via databases accessed remotely from other countries); and/or disclose the Participant's personal information to service providers for MyTelkomsel and/or MyTelkomsel affiliates to do the above as well as to authorized parties (if required by applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia).
13. MyTelkomsel will not use, publish, or display the personal data of any Participant and/or Winner for advertising purposes, without prior approval from the Participant and/or Winner.
14. MyTelkomsel has the right at any time to change these Terms and Conditions, and these changes will be effective immediately after posting on the Instagram account @MyTelkomsel.
15. All Participants who take part in the MyTelkomsel Holiday Giveaway have agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above consciously, voluntarily, without the slightest element of coercion from any party.
