Merdeka Deals program details

General Information

Merdeka Deals program is a limited offer for Telkomsel customers in Sumatra area who purchase Digital Service Packages (video, games, music) in the Merdeka Deals section of MyTelkomsel App. This program is valid from August 17 – 27, 2024.
By purchasing this Merdeka Deals Package via MyTelkomsel App, customers with the highest total purchase and minimum purchase of Rp100,000 during the program period have the opportunity to win one of these prizes:
- 2 Daily Grand Prizes for 2 winners per day
- LinkAja balance worth Rp250,000 for 5 winners per day
- Super Grand Prize for 1 winner (accumulated transaction from August 17 – 27, 2024)

Program Mechanism

The Merdeka Deals program is only valid for customers in the Sumatra area.
Purchase a Digital Service Package (Video, Music, and Games) of at least Rp100,000 on the “Merdeka Deals” menu via the MyTelkomsel App.
Customers with the highest transaction value for the Merdeka Deals Package per day (17 – 22 August 2024) have the opportunity to win the Daily Grand Prize.
Customers with the highest total transaction for the Merdeka Deals Package during 17 – 27 August 2024 have the opportunity to win the Super Grand Prize.

Winner Determination

The winner is determined based on the highest total accumulation of purchases on the Digital Service Package (Video, Music, and Games) each day.
There will be 1 customer who gets the Super Grand Prize (the main winner during the program period). 12 customers will get the Grand Prize (daily main winner), and 30 customers will get LinkAja Balance (daily winner) during the period 17 - 22 August 2024.
Every customer has the opportunity to become a winner every day during the program period.
The winner will be announced on the leaderboard on this page.
If there are customers who have the same number of purchases, the winner is determined based on the fastest purchase (earlier transaction).
The winner is determined automatically based on the leaderboard and the decision cannot be contested.
Customers with the highest purchases will be contacted by Telkomsel via 188 to get prizes and confirm customer data.

Winner Announcement and Distribution

All winners of the Daily Grand Prize and Super Grand Prize will be announced on this page via this page and Telkomsel Sumatra Instagram.
The winner of the Daily Grand Prize will be announced on D+2 after the current day. While the winner of the Super Grand Prize will be announced D+2 after the program period ends.
Customers will be contacted by Telkomsel to receive prizes and confirm customer data no later than H+30 after the program ends. Customers who cannot be contacted during the confirmation process will be disqualified.
Prize delivery will take approximately 3 weeks from the date of customer data confirmation.
Prize tax is borne by Telkomsel, and winners will not be charged any fees when sending prizes.
