It is a Valentine’s Day promo where you can get cashback if you buy a package or pay Halo bill on MyTelkomsel App using ShopeePay payment method.

All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Halo (postpaid) customers can join this program once during the promo period.

This promo runs from February 13 - 16, 2025 (10:00 GMT+7 until the promo quota runs out).

1. The cashback is valid for customers who buy a package or pay Halo bills on MyTelkomsel App using ShopeePay payment.
2. This promo is valid for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) and Halo (postpaid) customers.
3. The maximum cashback is 14,000 Shopee Coins.
4. The minimum transaction to get cashback is Rp50,000.
5. This promo applies only once per user during the promo period.
6. This promo runs from 13 - 16, 2025 (10:00 GMT+7 until the promo quota runs out).
7. The cashback is subject to availability (limited quota per day).
8. Cashback will be automatically credited to ShopeePay users in the form of Shopee Coins 1x24 hours after the payment is successful.
9. Shopee Coins cannot be cashed, but can be used as a discount on the Shopee Application or MyTelkomsel App.
10. Shopee coins will be forfeited if not used within 3 months.
11. If the user makes a refund, the user cannot enjoy the same cashback promo on the same day.
12. Telkomsel reserves the right to change the terms & conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
13. Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if an indication of abuse by the user is found.
14. Telkomsel reserves the right not to include users in the next promo if any acts of abuse, fraud, and/or other suspicious activity are found against the applicable terms & conditions.
