New updates are coming to MyTelkomsel. Here are some guidance to explore the best you can experience. We have some points to share about MyTelkomsel new updates, check it out!
New Menu
Previously we had hamburger menu on the left side of the screen. Now, on the 4.2 version, we boldly switched to bottom menu. It’s easier to access and faster to do some actions compared to the previous one. Now we can see Home, Rewards, Shops, Explore, and Profile on this new bottom menu.
As per you see, it’s a lot easier to group the pages with this kind of menu.
What’s in Home?
On the very left side of the menu, you’ll find the Home section. You’ll see a house icon. It contains number list (you can freely add many Telkomsel numbers), quota details, promo banners, LinkAja status and it also functions as a quick action button, POIN status, quick action to Add Credit, Gifts, Events, Get Help & Games, and also promo section.
What’s in Rewards?
We all know about Telkomsel POIN. Now we have pages that can contain all of the information about it. Not only Telkomsel POIN, but you can also access many Telkomsel rewards featured on MyTelkomsel such as Unlock Code and Events that contain Daily Login and Wheel of POIN.
What’s in Shop?
Telkomsel products such as credit voucher, internet, voice, SMS, roaming and entertainment packages, games vouchers now appear on the same page. Now you can find them more easily and make a purchase immediately.
What’s in Explore?
Do you know that MyTelkomsel also offers VAS products? VAS stands for Value Added Service and it offers various services besides the main product such as CloudMAX, Family Protect, TanyaDok, PopCall, SMS Pro, and Magic Call. You can activate those services right away using UMB.
On the explore page you can also easily find GraPARI, 4G Coverage, and NSP page. If you need help, you can also find them on Get Help section.
What’s in Account?
it’s a detailed section about your profile. You’re gonna love this part because it’s far easier to understand than the previous one. It contains a list of what you have on Telkomsel.
What else is added on this latest version?
- Virtual Account is now added in the payment method for credit balance purchase/top up.
- Bug fixing and performance improvements.
