• Update the MyTelkomsel App through the App Store/Google Play Store.
• Make sure the application is updated to at least version 6.9.0 for Android or version 9.1 for iOS.
• Select the “Menu” option on the MyTelkomsel homepage.
• Choose the option Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan.
• If the customer is already registered (whitelisted) then the Jaga Pulsa button will appear and be ready to be activated.
