How do I activate the VideoMAX HOOQ video streaming packages?

1. You can enable the VideoMAX HOOQ streaming package via UMB *363#, or via MyTelkomsel.
   Once subscribed, you will receive an SMS notification containing links to access the HOOQ movie online watch service.
2. Click the link from the SMS, then:
   • If you have already installed the HOOQ app, then open the HOOQ app.
   • If you have not installed the HOOQ app, you will be redirected to either the App Store or Google play to install the app in order to watch your movie.
3. Once you have entered the HOOQ app, you will be required to sign-up using your mobile number as the user name.
4. Following this, you will receive a OTP via SMS.
   Use this OTP in the password field. If the OTP is correctly matched, you will be directed to the Main Page.
   • If you do not receive the OTP, please click ‘I did not receive my OTP’.
5. Once on the Main Page you will have the option to fill in an email.

Subscribers can continue to enjoy watching HOOQ movies via the app.
