How do I activate the VideoMAX Viu video streaming packages?

  1. You can enable the VideoMAX Viu streaming package via UMB *363#, or via MyTelkomsel.
  2. Once subscribed, you will receive an SMS notification containing links to access the Viu movie online watch service.
  3. Click the link from the SMS, then:
    • If you have already installed the Viu app, then open the Viu app.
    • If you have not installed the Viu app, you will be redirected to either the App Store or Google play to install the app in order to watch your movie.
  4. Once you enter the Viu app, you will get a notification that Telkomsel subscribers are entitled to access premium Viu movie online services until 31 January 2017, using Telkomsel’s network.
  5. Following this, you will receive a OTP via SMS.
  6. Follow the registration process by using either Google+ or Facebook.
  7. Enjoy watching Indonesian movies and Korean dramas with Viu.
