How do I check my Profile Information?

You can see profile details via:

  1. Telkomsel Virtual Assistant
    1. Visit Telkomsel official account on: LINE: @Telkomsel, FB Messenger: Telkomsel, Telegram: @telkomsel_official_bot
    2. Type “Hi”
    3. Select “Go to Menu”
    4. See details on “Your Profile”
       
  2. MyTelkomsel app
    Use MyTelkomsel Apps to check your profile information by inputting your Telkomsel number and verification code on the apps (download MyTelkomsel App). If you already have the apps, you can see the details on home page.
