How do I get Seamless WiFi.id facility access?

To get seamless facility, IndiHome customers can follow these steps:

1. Registration via myIndiHome app
• Log in to myIndiHome app.
• At the homepage, choose “All Products” icon, and then choose “Seamlessid”.
• Choose the IndiHome number you want to use, click “Activate” (make sure the registration via the first device is connected to IndiHome network, adding a device can be done from free network).
2. Registration via myIndiHome website
• Login website my
• At the homepage, choose “Service Registration” icon, and then “Seamlessid”.
• Click “Activate”.
3. Seamless WiFi activation via gadget:
• At a location where WiFi.id access is available, choose SSID: @wifi.id.
• Type the user name and password, click “Connect”.
• If the “Connect” button cannot be clicked, choose the “Don’t Validate” CA certificate.

To get seamless facility, non-IndiHome customers can follow these steps:

• Register via GO app.
• Download dan installs WiFi.id Go app via Play Store.
• Choose “Register”, you will get t-money user.
• Top up t-money account.
• At the Home menu, choose “Buy Voucher”, and then choose the variant.
• The user name and password will be automatically sent to the Profile menu on WiFi.id GO app and you will be automatically and seamlessly connected.
