How to pay kartuHalo Bill in MyGraPARI ?

  1. Prepare your Credit/Debit card that has been used PIN, not signature.
  2. Select menu “Telkomsel Customer”
  3. Log in MSISDN & verification code (OTP) that will receive via SMS
  4. Select menu “kartuHalo Payment”
  5. Input your kartuHalo number
  6. Select payment method:
    1. Credit Card user: Insert Credit Card > Input PIN > Push “Enter”
    2. Debit Card user: Insert Debit Card > Pull Out Debit Card > Input PIN > Push “Enter”
  7. Bill payment is successful
