How to top credits in MyGraPARI ?

  1. Prepare your Credit/Debit card that has been used PIN, not signature.
  2. Select menu “Telkomsel Customer”
  3. Log in MSISDN & verification code (OTP) that will receive via SMS
  4. Select menu “Add Credit”
  5. Input your Telkomsel number and the amount of credit you want to purchase
  6. Reconfirm your data
  7. Select payment method
    1. Credit Card user: Insert Credit Card > Input PIN > Push “Enter”
    2. Debit Card user: Insert Debit Card > Pull Out Debit Card > Input PIN > Push “Enter”
  8. Top-up is successful
