Yes, you can still access the internet at a speed of 64 or 128Kbps to access the apps outside of Combo Sakti apps. If you access the Combo Sakti apps, your fair usage limit quota will be consumed first (if any). If you exceed the fair usage limit, the speed will be limited to 64 or 128Kbps and you can still access the internet as long as the package is active.
