Previously I can browse #KuotaKeluarga package via MyTelkomsel. But today, I can’t find #KuotaKeluarga at all. What happened?

You can check admin/purchaser eligibility rules in Terms and Conditions (T&C) in the purchasing page of #KuotaKeluarga. If you are eligible, you can browse by clicking “Browse Package/Belanja” button or refresh the app by login/logout from MyTelkomsel.
