The access mechanism for Telkomsel Awards for Telkomsel customers is as follows:
a. You must activate the Telkomsel Awards Access Package through the MyTelkomsel app.
b. The activation period for the package is from June 20 to July 12, 2024.
c. Customers can only purchase this package once for each Telkomsel Award Live Viewing Access Package (If a customer has purchased the Telkomsel Awards 1 Access Live Viewing Access Package, then they can still purchase the Telkomsel Awards 2 Access Live Viewing Access Package and vice versa).
d. All payment methods available in the MyTelkomsel app can be used.
e. After successful payment, a purchase code and redeem link will be sent via SMS periodically
f. The validated phone number and purchase code must be redeemed for e-access no later than July 12, 2024.
g. E-access and redemption information will be sent via email.
h. Redemptions made after July 12, 2024, will be void.
i. The electronic access received must be exchanged for an access wristband at the venue from July 14 to 17, 2024.
j. Limited quota.
k. The festival/tribune location will be determined based on availability at the event.
l. Terms and conditions apply.
m. Telkomsel's decision is final and cannot be contested.
n.The Telkomsel Awards Access Package is only valid for the Jabodetabek area
o.If an error occurs while accessing the MyTelkomsel apps, it is recommended to clear the cache first before attempting to reopen the application.
