- Telkomsel One service is available for new subscribers and IndiHome subscribers (only for speed upgrades).
- The promo Terms and Conditions can change at any time in accordance with Telkomsel's policy.
- Stamp duty fees will be charged on monthly bills referring to applicable laws and regulations.
- All invoices included Telkomsel One service fee, overdue invoices, and fine penalties that apply to customers, excluding VAT in accordance with the applicable laws.
- Customers are prohibited from reselling, either partly or entirely Telkomsel One services and forbidden from transferring, changing, or misusing any Telkomsel One services. Telkomsel has the right to conduct a survey at the customer's house to ensure that reselling does not occur.
- Telkomsel One service subscription contract is valid for a minimum of 12 months after the active status. If the subscribers decide to stop subscribing before the validity period ends, a fine of 1.000.000 IDR will be imposed.
- Violations of the Subscription Contract will be sanctioned ranging from isolation, and fines, to termination/revocation of IndiHome services according to Telkomsel's policy.
- If Telkomsel One subscriber unsubscribes the services, they are required to pay the service bill (which is past due date or unpaid service fee), also pay Deposit Money to Telkomsel in the amount of usage and Telkomsel One subscriber in the recent month proportionally (prorate). If the invoice for Dynamic Service and Telkomsel One service fees in the current month (which is issued at the beginning of next month) is more than the Deposit Money that has been paid, then they are required to pay off the remaining Telkomsel One Service bill.
- Subscriber must pay the Telkomsel One Service Fee bill on time. If a subscriber does not make a payment on time, the customer will be fined according to the Terms and Conditions.
- Telkomsel does not assist transactions in cash except at GraPARI and Plaza Telkom Group. If there are parties who contact and ask for cash, please ignore it.
- Monthly bill amount, IndiHome TV content, ONT (Optical Network Termination) device rental fees, STB (Set Top Box), and Mi-Fi Orbit may change at any time based on Telkomsel's internal policy. The details will be released through the Telkomsel website, IndiHome website, or myIndiHome and MyTelkomsel applications, and will be notified by Telkomsel to customers via WhatsApp, SMS, email, application notifications, and/or other Telkomsel channels.
