When I tried to add a mobile number as a Member of #KuotaKeluarga package, I received the following message: “Sorry, the system is busy”. What happened?

It is possible that the mobile number doesn’t fulfil the eligibility rules stated in Terms and Conditions (T&C) in the purchasing page of #KuotaKeluarga. You can replace the number with the eligible one.
