Terms and Conditions of Call Manager Service

 

In addition to the provisions contained in the General Terms of Telkomsel Service Users at https://www.telkomsel.com/terms-and-conditions and the General Privacy Policy of Telkomsel Services at https://www.telkomsel.com/privacy-policy, here are the terms of Call Manager Service:

  1. Call Manager Service (hereinafter referred to as Service) is a call arrangement that allows customers to block and provide voice alerts for every incoming call to the customer's number.
  2. The Service is used solely for your own use and not for commercial purposes. If you use the Service outside of this scope, Telkomsel has the right to cut off your access to the Service and you release Telkomsel from claims and/or responsibility for this. The rights granted to you in these Terms and Conditions are subject to the following restrictions:
    1. You are not allowed to license, sell, rent, transfer, transfer, distribute, host, or use the Service commercially;
    2. You may not modify, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Service;
    3. You may not access the Service for the purpose of creating a similar or matched Service; and
    4. Except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, loaded, or transmitted in any form or by any means.
  3. Customers can make Service arrangements through the Call Manager application or via UMB *500*17#.
  4. This Service can only be activated and used on the Telkomsel network throughout Indonesia.
  5. The scheme, tariff, and active period of the subscription follow the respective conditions that you have confirmed at the beginning of the purchase.
  6. All of these services are available for kartuHalo, simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop customers.
  7. This Service can be used on any type of device/handset and does not require an internet connection if the customer activates the Service via UMB *500*17#.
  8. If you use the Service through the application, this Service requires permission to access the contact list on your device, in order to provide convenience when you use the Service.
  9. This Service may contain links to third party websites or sources. Telkomsel does not support and not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, products, or related Services. You are solely responsible for the activities you carry out on those linked websites.
  10. You are required to keep your account confidential on the Service. Telkomsel has the right to assume that access to Services that use your account is legitimate access to Services performed by you and without needing to be proven. You must immediately notify Telkomsel if an unauthorized party uses your account. You are responsible for using a secure connection to use the Service.
  11. You are fully responsible and bear the risks arising from the use of this Service. Telkomsel does not make any express or implied warranties, representations, or support of any kind regarding the Services provided.
  12. Telkomsel is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes that arise as a result of the interactions you have with other users on this Service. You hereby release and release Telkomsel (and officers, employees, agents, successors, and transfer recipients of Telkomsel) from any disputes, claims, differences of opinion, demands, rights, obligations, responsibilities, legal actions arising from the use of the Service and/or that interaction.
  13. Telkomsel is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, direct, indirect or any loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss or damage to data, loss of profit, goodwill, bargaining or opportunity loss, or business interruption, or other loss, whether in contractual action, negligence or other offensive actions), arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the site, delays, inaccuracies or errors in information or in site transmission, or information or transactions provided on or through the site or downloads or hyperlinks from the site, or the performance of the content on this site, even if Telkomsel has been notified of the possible damage.
  14. Intellectual Property Rights (hereinafter referred to as “IPR”) owned by Telkomsel which are used or displayed on this Service, and/or any IPR belonging to third parties contained in this Service cannot be copied, used, applied and implemented in whole or in part, without prior written approval from Telkomsel and/or other parties who have intellectual property rights in the Service. Every IPR is under the protection of the law in force in Indonesia. Telkomsel has the right to remove or deactivate content on the Service that is suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations and the right to disconnect or delete your Service account that commits the violation.
  15. By agreeing to these terms and conditions and by using the Service, you give approval to Telkomsel to convey information related to the MSISDN (mobile number) you are using to partners who cooperate with Telkomsel to provide the Service. Telkomsel is always committed to maintaining the security of your data and information on this Service.
  16. For further information regarding tariffs, active subscription period, or other matters, please contact our Customer Service with telephone number 188 (for prepaid Services, you will be charged Rp300 for each call to customer Service) or email cs@telkomsel.co.id or access Telkomsel virtual assistant at www.telkomsel.com/asisten-virtual-telkomsel or can come directly to the nearest GraPARI outlet.
  17. You can stop using this Service at any time by typing UNREG and sending it to 83838, and according to the mechanism provided in the Call Manager application in the Rules menu and select Unsubscribe. If you choose to stop using the Service, please note that you will not be refunded the last (or previously charged) subscription rate.
  18. Telkomsel has the right to terminate the Service at any time, with or without reason, and with or without prior notification to you. Telkomsel can stop using your account if based on the identification results and considerations of Telkomsel it is known that you:
    1. Not complying with these Terms and Conditions;
    2. Using the Service in a way that may result in legal liability to Telkomsel or disturb you and other parties for the Service; and
    3. Causing losses, either directly or indirectly, to Telkomsel and/or other related parties.
  19. Telkomsel tries to keep the site and Services maintained, error-free, and safe, however, Telkomsel does not guarantee that the site or Service: (i) will meet your needs or will always be accessible, (ii) will be available without interruption, timely, secure or without error (iii) will be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other malicious code. (iv) the quality of any product, service, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.
  20. Telkomsel is not responsible for any damage to computer systems, cell phones, loss or damage to your data, or other damage caused by your access to or your use of Services or software.
