Free Access quota is the internet quota to access the following daily apps: MAXstream, GamesMAX, MusicMAX, LINE, WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia with a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of up to 3GB.

How do I activate Halo iPhone Plan package?

Package will be activated by Telkomsel 24 hours working days after customers have completed transactions at the store.

Can I buy other Telkomsel packages after Halo iPhone Plan?

No. You will have a Credit Limit Service (CLS) activated based on chosen package where you cannot buy other packages on top of Halo iPhone Plan. You can request to upgrade the CLS at the nearest GraPARI.

Can Halo iPhone Plan be renewed automatically?
