1. The validity period of Telkomsel Lite Starter Pack is 30 days with a waiting period of 120 days.
2. The validity period of Hot Promo packages is 30 days.
3. There’s a feature to adjust your speed connection to 64Kbps when your quota runs out, so that you won’t be charged with basic internet (non-package) tariff (as long as the package is still active).
4. Telkomsel Lite’s quota cannot be used for hotspot/tethering.
5. Hot Promo package quota is available in a hotspot and non-hotspot variant with a different price.

New customers in all cities will get National All-Network Quota every month for 6 months from the first day you register your card. The bonus will be sent automatically or can be redeemed every month.

Customers with new IMEI who buy Telkomsel Starter Pack at 338 selected cities will get additional National All-Network Quota for 6 months, each time they buy internet renewal package with a 30-day validity period. The bonus quota depends on the price of the renewal package you purchase.

Customers can reset by scanning the QR Code again.

Customers can scan the QR Code 1 time. Once the eSIM is active, the QR code cannot be used on other devices. To be able to use the QR code on another device, customers must remove the eSIM on the first device.

1. The Halo number will have the status "reserved" when it has been selected. If registration is not completed and repeated on the same day, the number cannot be selected again until the next day after 00:01 GMT+7.
2. If registration is incomplete by 23:59 GMT+7 on the same day, the Halo number will return to "available" status before the upfront payment.
3. After the upfront payment is successful, the selected number will be "reserved" for 30 days.
4. The upfront payment will be used to pay the first month's Halo bill.
5. If the upfront payment has been successfully made and it turns out that the Halo subscription has failed due to data validation or other technical problems. In that case, refunds can be requested by providing details, such as full name according to the savings account, bank account number, and bank name.
6. The refunded funds are the upfront payment (1x monthly fee for the Halo⁺ package) minus the transfer fee according to the bank.
