Bring your ID Card and Family Registration Card numbers for the Telkomsel card registration process.
Choose your device and its memory capacity based on your preference.
Choose the Halo⁺ Bundling Package and the length of the contract according to your needs.
After completing the payment, register your Halo card using your ID Card and Family Registration Card numbers.
After completing the registration, your card and package will be activated.

For prepaid customers who switch to Halo

For prepaid customers who switch to Halo

If you’re a Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customer, you can switch to Halo (postpaid) to get Halo⁺ Bundling offer using your prepaid number.
Bring your ID Card and Family Registration Card numbers for the Telkomsel card registration process.
Choose your device and its memory capacity based on your preference.
Choose the Halo⁺ Bundling Package and the length of the contract according to your needs.
After completing the payment, register your Halo card using your ID Card and Family Registration Card numbers.
After completing the registration, your card and package will be activated.

For Telkomsel Halo customers

If you’re a Telkomsel Halo customer, you can buy a Halo⁺ Bundling package using your Halo number.
Ensure your last Telkomsel bills have been settled by checking your bills through SMS 3999 (via Telkomsel number) with this format: CekBL(space)NIK(underscore)First Name(underscore)Birthdate with “yyyy-mm-dd" format.

Choose Halo⁺ Bundling Package and the length of the contract according to your needs.

After the contract period is over, the package will become the main package that is subscription-based (paid monthly according to the bill and automatically extended to the next billing period).
Internet Quota can be used on all Telkomsel networks without being limited to certain applications or times.
YouTube Quota can be used to access the YouTube application on all Telkomsel networks.
Voice and SMS Quota apply to all domestic operators (not valid for international calls which will be charged separately).
If the customer has an Extra Quota or Extra Call Package, the Extra Quota or Extra Call quota will be consumed first before the Main Package quota.
After the Internet Quota runs out, activate the Extra Quota package to still be able to access the internet.
The Halo Roaming Quota will be active together with the Halo⁺ Bundling bold package, the quota validity period follows the billing period and is automatically extended.
Halo Roaming Quota can be used in more than 100 countries and will be consumed if customers travel in that country.
For the 200K package, customers will automatically get free access to Prime Video service and will be automatically extended for 12 months starting from subscribing to the Halo⁺ Bundling Bold 200K package.
Prime Video service can be used on mobile phones, tablets, computers/laptops or TVs for 1 device simultaneously.
Offers to activate Prime Video service will be received by customers via SMS after successful activation of the Halo⁺ Bundling bold 200K package.
For Halo⁺ Lifestyle benefits, for the Halo⁺ Bundling bold variant, you can activate 1 lifestyle service every month.

For Halo⁺ Lifestyle benefits, for the Halo⁺ Bundling supreme 250K and 300K variant, you can activate 2 lifestyle services every month. Halo+ Bundling supreme 550K can activate 3 lifestyle services every month.
Benefits for Telkomsel Prestige Fast Track Tier services in the Platinum and Diamond categories can be enjoyed by customers after 3 x 24 hours since activating the Halo⁺ Bundling supreme package. The 250K and 300K packages will be fast tracked to the Platinum tier, while the 550K package will be fast tracked to the Diamond tier.
