Disney+ Hotstar is a streaming service that brings global and Indonesian content in one place. This streaming service combines Hollywood blockbusters and award-winning content from Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, National Geographic, STAR, and others, including premieres of exclusive content and films from various studios in Indonesia.

Disney+ Hotstar provides an ad-free experience for films, documentaries, live-action, and animated series as well as short-form content, including Moon Knight, Hawkeye, The Book of Boba Fett, Loki, The Mandalorian, and films such as Turning Red, Encanto, Marvel Eternals, Avengers: Endgame, and Frozen 2. For those of you who are fans of Korean Series, you can watch Moving, NCT 127: The Lost Boys, Snow Drop, Rookie Cops and various content from Indonesian box office titles, such as Hubungi Agen Gue!, Teluh Darah, Jurnal Risa, Susah Sinyal the Series, Warkop DKI Reborn: Jangkrik Boss! Part 1, Laskar Pelangi, Habibie & Ainun, Satan's Slaves, Verses of Love and many more.

For IndiHome TV customers who already use STB ZTE ATV B860H v5, you can now directly enjoy the Disney+ Hotstar application directly on the STB by opening the Disney+ Hotstar application in the Apps menu.

For IndiHome TV customers who use STB ZTE AOSP B860H v1, ZTE AOSP B860H v2, and Fiberhome ATV HG680-FJ, you can enjoy the Disney+ Hotstar application on the STB by downloading it via the IndiHome Apps Store menu.

For IndiHome TV customers who use other STBs, you can temporarily activate the service via the Add-On menu on the IndiHome TV screen, then download the application on the Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS). You can also access it via your desktop browser at http://www.disneyplushotstar.com.

You can still activate the Disney+ Hotstar service on your TV screen via the Add-On menu, and watch the shows on the Disney+ Hotstar application available on:

For the STB ZTE ATV B860H v5 type, the application is already available in the IndiHome TV menu. Here are the steps to access it:

Turn on your IndiHome TV STB, then the IndiHome logo will appear.
After successfully entering the IndiHome TV main display menu, then you enter the Apps Menu.
Click IndiHome Apps Store, then select Disney+ Hotstar to access the application, or click directly on the Disney+ Hotstar banner in the application menu.

Then for STB ZTE AOSP B860H v1, ZTE AOSP B860H v2, and Fiberhome ATV HG680-FJ, follow these steps to be able to enter the Disney+ Hotstar application:

Enter the IndiHome Apps Store menu.
Click IndiHome Apps Store, then select Disney+ Hotstar, and click OK on the Install button.
Wait a moment until the installation confirmation appears, then click OK.
The application installation process is in progress, usually taking 1-3 minutes.
Successful application installation is indicated by the popup "Disney+ successfully installed". If you want to run the application directly, click "Open".
The installed application will appear in the Apps > All Apps menu. If you want to run the application, click OK on the remote in the "Disney+ Hotstar" thumbnail.

Steps to turn on the application:

After turning on the STB, select the Apps menu. Then click OK on the Disney+ Hotstar application.
Enter the application, then a splash screen will appear.
Confirm the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use by clicking "Continue".

Steps to log in to your account:

Enter the Disney+ Hotstar application on your IndiHome TV screen, go to the My Account menu, then a pairing code will appear.
Open http://hotstar.com/activate via a mobile phone, tablet or laptop browser.
Enter the mobile phone number registered with IndiHome. Then, enter the OTP code sent via SMS, click "Continue".
Next, you will be asked to enter the pairing code. Please enter the pairing code that appears on your gadget (according to step 1), click "Continue". Account login successful.
Start streaming.

Steps to view or watch content:

Select the content to watch, then click OK.
To select audio:
- Start watching a movie or series
- Click the Settings icon on the video player
- Click on Audio language
- Select your preferred audio language
To select a subtitle language:
- Start watching a movie or series
- Click the Settings icon on the video player
- Click Subtitle
- Select your preferred subtitle language
Click on your IndiHome TV remote to display the Video Quality settings.
Click or press right on your IndiHome TV remote to fast-forward the content and click or press left to rewind the duration of the content.

Follow these steps to access Disney+ Hotstar app:

From iOS/Android app

Open Disney+ Hotstar app.
Click the 3-line menu in the upper left corner of the application.
Click 'Login'.
Enter your registered mobile number (the same number registered with IndiHome).
Please agree to the Disney+ Hotstar Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by clicking “Continue”.
You will receive a 4-digit verification code via SMS.
Enter the 4-digit code into the application.
If this is your first time logging into the Disney+ Hotstar application, fill in your registration details and then click “Create Account”.
Once successfully logged in, start streaming!

From desktop browser

Visit the website page https://disneyplushotstar.com.
Click “Login” in the upper right corner.
Enter your registered mobile number (the same number registered with IndiHome).
Please agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by clicking “Continue”.
You will receive a 4-digit verification code via SMS.
Enter the 4-digit code on the website.
After successfully logging in, start streaming.

Existing Minipack customers (IndiJunior Lite, IndiJunior, IndiMovie 1, IndiMovie 1 Lite) can activate Disney+ Hotstar at no additional cost, and existing IndiHome customers who subscribe to other packages can purchase Disney+ Hotstar as a monthly recurring Add-On subscription.

Please follow these steps:

Via myIndiHome app

Open the myIndiHome application or download it via the Google Play Store (Android)/App Store (iOS).
Log in using your myIndiHome account or new registration.
Go to the “Subscription” menu and select the “TV” category.
Select the “Apps” menu and select “Disney+ Hotstar”.
Please agree to the IndiHome Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Select “Subscription”.
Select a verification method, either via WhatsApp or SMS OTP. This will be the mobile number registered with IndiHome and the number you will use to log in to Disney+ Hotstar.
You will receive a 4-digit verification code via the verification method you choose.
Enter the 4-digit verification code into the myIndiHome application.
Now your Disney+ Hotstar subscription is active! You will receive an SMS confirming account activation.
Click “Start Watching” to log in to the Disney+ Hotstar application and log in using the mobile number registered with your IndiHome.

Via IndiHome TV screen

Through your TV screen, please go to the minipack menu.
Select “Disney+ Hotstar” from the package options.
Please read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of IndiHome and Disney+ Hotstar.
Select a price tag.
On the payment screen, select “Subscribe”.
You will receive 4 verification numbers via SMS.
Enter the 4 verification numbers via the TV screen.
Now your Disney+ Hotstar subscription is active! You will receive an SMS confirming account activation.
Click “Start Watching” to log in to the Disney+ Hotstar application and log in using the mobile number registered to your myIndiHome account.

Via IndiHome website

Visit the IndiHome website at https://indihome.co.id.
Select "Subscribe"
Select "Application" from the menu.
Select "Disney + Hotstar".
Please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of IndiHome and Disney+ Hotstar.
Select "Subscribe".
If you are not logged in, please log in to your IndiHome account first.
You will receive a 4-digit verification code via SMS. This will be the mobile number registered with IndiHome and the number you will use to log in to Disney+ Hotstar.
Enter the 4-digit code on the IndiHome website.
Now your Disney+ Hotstar subscription is active! You will receive an SMS confirming account activation.
Click “Start Streaming” to log in to Disney+ Hotstar. Please log in using the mobile number registered with IndiHome.

IndiHome customers can get the Disney+ Hotstar Add-On service on IndiHome for Rp49,000 (excluding VAT), valid as of October 3, 2023 (the current market rate is Rp65,000 including VAT) as an add-on option. Payment will be included in your IndiHome bill every month as long as you subscribe to the IndiHome service. For customers who subscribed before October 3, 2023, they can still enjoy the old Disney+ Hotstar price on IndiHome.

New IndiHome Package (with Disney+ Hotstar access) customers will be charged a subscription fee depending on the IndiHome Package (with Disney+ Hotstar access) you use and will be included in your monthly IndiHome bill.

If you subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar before October 3, 2023, your active subscription will automatically be converted to the Disney+ Hotstar Basic plan. This includes 1 concurrent stream, maximum 3 device logins, maximum video quality up to 1080p (compatible devices required), and streaming on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and TVs.

There is no price change for IndiHome customers who subscribe to various IndiHome Bundle Packs (with Disney+ Hotstar access) and IndiHome customers who subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar through IndiHome (priced at Rp29,000/month) before October 3, 2023.

Your Disney+ Hotstar access will only be active after the Internet is activated at your home. You will receive an SMS after successful activation. To log in to your Disney+ Hotstar account, please use the mobile number registered with IndiHome.

Please note that the IndiHome Package (with Disney+ Hotstar Access) will be on a minimum contract period of 12 months.

Add-On Customers: A subscription fee of Rp49,000/month (excluding VAT, the current market rate is Rp65,000 including VAT) will be charged together with your monthly IndiHome service bill with a payment deadline according to applicable regulations.

IndiHome Package Customers (with Disney+ Hotstar access): The subscription fee is included in your monthly IndiHome service bill and will be paid as part of the subscription.

Specifically for the following IndiHome Minipack customers: IndiJunior Lite, IndiJunior, IndiMovie 1, IndiMovie 1 Lite, you can activate your Disney+ Hotstar subscription at no additional cost via the myIndiHome application or IndiHome website (IndiHome Terms and Conditions apply).

Your Disney+ Hotstar subscription will continue until your current Minipack subscription period (IndiJunior/IndiJunior Lite/IndiMovie 1/IndiMovie 1 Lite) ends, or you choose to unsubscribe from the Minipack after the minimum subscription period. Once your current Minipack subscription ends or you choose to unsubscribe from the Minipack, you will no longer be able to subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar via the Minipack. However, you can choose to re-subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar through other IndiHome offers.

You can use your registered mobile number on IndiHome and receive a notification SMS for Disney+ Hotstar activation to log in. If you subscribe from:

myIndiHome application: You can see the mobile number registered on your myIndiHome account in the profile menu.
IndiHome website: After you click activate, you must confirm your personal identity and mobile number, this is the mobile number you must use when logging in to Disney+ Hotstar.
TV screen: After you click the Disney+ Hotstar Add-On price tag from the Minipack menu on your TV screen, a confirmation page with your name and mobile number will be displayed. This is the mobile number you must use when logging in to Disney+ Hotstar.
