All Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers can join this promo once during the promo period.

This promo is available from April 1 – 20, 2025.

• The cashback worth up to Rp5,000 is valid for credit and data package transactions on the MyTelkomsel App using DANA payment method, special for new users.
• This promo is valid for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.
• Customers have the chance to get cashback with a minimum transaction of Rp60,000.
• This promo applies only once per transaction per user during the promo period.
• This promo is valid from April 1 – 20, 2025 (00:00 until the promo quota runs out every day).
• New users are those who make a transaction using DANA on MyTelkomsel App for the first time.
• The promo is valid for 1 user and 1 electronic device.
• Promo is only valid for payments using DANA balance.
• Cashback will be automatically sent to your DANA balance, no later than 24 hours after the transaction is successful.
• If you don't get cashback from a successful transaction, it means that the promo quota has run out or the promo period has ended.
• If the user makes a refund, the user cannot enjoy the same cashback promo on the same day.
• Telkomsel reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions applicable at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
• Telkomsel reserves the right to cancel the cashback, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if an indication of abuse by the user is found.
