You can claim the voucher from on MyTelkomsel App via a URL sent by SMS after a successful package purchase during the program period by redeeming 1 Telkomsel Poin.
Voucher quota is limited every day.
Promo can be enjoyed a maximum of 1 time by each customer during the previous program period, which was September 2024.
Promo is valid from November 20, 2024 – January 31, 2025.
If the customer does not receive a voucher from a successful package transaction, it means that the promo quota has run out or the promo period has ended.
Customers can redeem the voucher codes on the merchant’s application.
Telkomsel has the right to change the terms & conditions that apply at any time without prior notice, including stopping/changing the promo.
