Cannot claim Daily Check In prize

As a MyTelkomsel App user, you have the opportunity to enjoy the Daily Check In feature by checking in every day and collecting STAMPS to be claimed as prizes.

In several cases, customers were unable to claim the Daily Check In prize. If you are experiencing a similar thing, don't worry, you can still claim the prize by making sure these things have been met:

  1. Make sure the STAMP that you will redeem is in accordance with the applicable promo period. STAMPS that have passed the validity period will be considered expired and cause you to not be able to redeem Daily Check In prizes.
  2. Make sure the prize you are going to redeem is still in accordance with the applicable promo. Promos can change at any time without notification to customers.
