Paket Darurat can be accessed through dialing *500*5# or SMS. Paket Darurat offer by SMS will be offered to the eligible user who experiences the following conditions:
- Failed to make phone calls or sending SMS caused by low phone credit balance.
- Out of phone credit when using data/internet.
- Failed to activate services caused by low phone credit balance.
- Other failed transaction that is caused by low phone credit balance.
