How to upgrade to 4G SIM in MyGraPARI ?

  1. Make sure that your number can receive verification code (OTP) via SMS
  2. Select menu “Telkomsel Customer”
  3. Log in MSISDN & OTP
  4. Select menu “Change Card” 4G LTE
  5. Re-input OTP to validate your data
  6. Customer gets 4G LTE SIM Card
