If Admin incorrectly inputs a Member’s #KuotaKeluarga number, how can Admin correct it?

If Admin wants to correct/edit the Member’s number, Admin can contact:

  1. Call Center 188.
  2. Social media official accounts:
    • Instagram: @telkomsel
    • Twitter: @Telkomsel
    • Facebook: @telkomsel
  3. Nearest GraPARI, or
  4. Email: cs@telkomsel.com

The configuration change will be active in a maximum of 3x24 hours. Admin can replace up to 4 Members’ numbers and can only be done via 1 phone call/1 visit only for 1 active #KuotaKeluarga package. The newly registered Members will not get #KuotaKeluarga voice and SMS Quota.
