Not getting a discount when buying a package using a discount voucher from Daily Check In

As a MyTelkomsel App user, you have the opportunity to enjoy the Daily Check In feature by checking in every day.

However, you may encounter obstacles, such as not getting a discount when buying a package using a discount voucher from the Daily Check In.

Related to that, there are some things below that you need to know:

  1. The discount voucher you will get is in the form of a Monetary Balance.
  2. The Monetary Balance voucher is only valid for 3 days since you redeem it, and if it is not used during the usage period, it will be expired automatically.
  3. Monetary Balance can only be used to purchase all packages under the “Internet” category (the “Choose Your Package”) section on the “Shop” page of the MyTelkomsel App, except TAU Dynamic, TAU Lite6, Corporate Internet Packages, Special Packages for Online Ojek Drivers, Self-help (Swadaya) Packages, BundlingMAX, and Telkomsel Orbit.
  4. Monetary Balance also cannot be used for purchasing packages from the “Special for You” section and offers from SMS (even if the purchase is made through MyTelkomsel).
  5. Discount vouchers are only valid for credit balance payment method.
  6. Make sure you have a minimum credit worth the price of the package you’re about to purchase.
  7. Discount vouchers are valid for package purchases with a nominal greater than the voucher nominal.
  8. Discount vouchers will not be displayed when making a purchase, but will automatically reduce the amount of credit charged when the transaction is successful. Example: A customer gets a monetary balance cashback of Rp5,000 and buys an internet package for Rp20,000. When buying the package, the price listed is still Rp20,000 but after the transaction is successful, the credit that is deducted is only Rp15,000 and the remaining Rp5,000 will be deducted from the Monetary Balance.
  9. Only valid for 1 transaction on the MyTelkomsel App.
  10. Make sure the discount voucher has been received before buying an internet package.

Make sure you mention your mobile number correctly and tell us the details of your complaint (including the notification you received during transactions). CS will make a report based on the complaint.
